MEET THE COACH

Diving into the fitness lifestyle and proudly introduce Empower Fitness! I hold a Diploma in Police Foundations and recently graduated in 2024 from the Health and Fitness program. Alongside my professional journey, I’m also a proud mom to a lively 7-year-old boy who keeps me on my toes every day!

Fitness and health have played a crucial role in maintaining my mental and physical well-being, especially while working shift work with unpredictable breaks. My passion for weightlifting began at Police College in 2007, where I discovered a love for strength training that eventually led me to compete in women’s figure class bodybuilding competitions. I committed to a rigorous training schedule, working out six times a week with a mix of cardio, CrossFit, and weight training, while also embracing the outdoors and all the wellness benefits nature provides.

In addition to my practical experience, I’ve earned a Diploma in Fitness and Wellness, completed specialized courses in Rehabilitation performance Therapy, Menopause therapy and obtained my Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

I truly enjoy connecting with new people and learning about their unique fitness journeys and goals. I’m passionate about supporting them every step of the way as they work towards achieving their personal fitness aspirations.
